There will be a 17% restocking fee on all non warranty items returned, or you can exchange it for something of equal or greater value. We will not be held responsible for any return shipping on non warranty items.
On new defective products or if we made a shipping mistake, we will email you a shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the item back, we will then ship out a replacement item. You have an option to have us send you a replacement item before returning the original item to us by giving us a credit card number to hold until the return has been completed. All returns must be completed within 14 days after contacting us.
You must call us at 512-264-7333 to help you with any type of return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number while on the phone. You will need to print out a copy of the invoice for the item you received, write your RA number on that invoice, place it in the return package and include a note explaining your reason for returning the item. You must also write the RA number on the outside of the box for identification. No refund or exchange request will be approved without the RA.
All Manufacturers warranties do not cover shipping or labor to replace a defective part; their warranties just cover the part only. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed, parts that do not have the original packaging or used parts. If you install it, you own it. |
